Napoleon III marquetry table in Louis XV style
On a blackened pear tree background bordered by rosewood curls inlaid with rosewood, an exceptional floral composition is framed by interlaced foliage and four dragons in the middle of reeds. The whole is surrounded by a gallery of gilded bronze. The belt opens with a drawer. Each of its crosses has pronounced curves and is adorned with two floral compositions on a background of blackened pear tree framing a central mascaron also in gilded bronze.
